Wave signs on the sidewalks in front of the Federal Building from noon to 12:30, march to the dock and then along the dock to the berth 3 covered area for a rally with music and speeches. The rally will start at about 12:45. We'll be collecting non-perishable food for Ketchikan neighbors in need as we head into late fall and winter. Please drop off donations at the silver F-350 parked near the Federal Building from 11:40am. through 12:30pm, or at the red flatbed truck parked near the berth 3 pavilion before or after the rally until 2:00pm. Both trucks will be marked with signs.
